My Portable Winch journey began in 2003 when I co-founded the company with Pierre Roy and Tim Brown. Since then, I have had the privilege of watching it grow, evolve, and establish a strong presence in markets around the world.

Over the years, I have contributed to the company’s development in many areas, including management, sales, marketing, business development, and team building. These diverse experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the organization while allowing me to remain close to our partners, our customers, and the people who contribute to our success every day.

Today, as General Manager, my role is to provide a clear direction, advance strategic initiatives, and bring together the right people around shared objectives. I enjoy listening, sharing ideas and knowledge, building lasting relationships, and creating an environment where everyone can fully contribute their talents.

What motivates me most is seeing ideas come to life and turn into real achievements. I enjoy contributing to the growth of individuals just as much as to the growth of the company, and seeing a team unite to accomplish something it can truly be proud of. The entrepreneurial spirit of Portable Winch, our close relationship with customers, and our ability to innovate continue to inspire me every day.

After all these years, my attachment to Portable Winch is rooted as much in the journey we have taken as in the relationships we have built along the way. I am proud of our products and their reputation around the world, but even more proud of the people who imagine them, develop them, manufacture them, and bring them to market. They are the true strength behind Portable Winch.
