Driven by change and continuous improvement, I have always sought to help organizations, teams, and processes evolve toward better ways of working.

Over the years, I have held various management positions that allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations, including administrative, operational, and financial functions. These experiences taught me the importance of combining performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth to ensure the long-term success of an organization.

For five years, I also embraced entrepreneurship as a partner in a construction company. This rewarding experience gave me valuable insight into the challenges of growth, innovation, and day-to-day decision-making. Most importantly, it confirmed that my true passion lies within the manufacturing industry.
