I joined Portable Winch in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. From the very beginning, I had the opportunity to discover a dynamic company driven by innovation, strong relationships with its partners, and a genuine passion for its products.

Over the years, I have taken on several roles that have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of our markets and customers. I have served as a Sales Representative, then as North American Sales Manager, before moving into my current role as Sales Director.

This journey has given me the opportunity to work closely with distributors, retailers, and end users from a wide variety of industries and regions around the world. Every interaction is an opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

What motivates me every day is business development, but above all, the people behind it. I enjoy creating lasting partnerships, supporting our collaborators in their growth, and helping bring Portable Winch products to new users and new markets. Seeing our solutions meet real-world needs in the field remains one of my greatest sources of pride.

After more than a decade with the company, I remain deeply connected to its mission, values, and team.
