Originally from Sherbrooke, Québec, I studied at the Cégep de Sherbrooke before completing my final internship at Portable Winch. That internship marked the beginning of my journey with the company and gave me the opportunity to discover an organization where innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Today, I work in Customer Service and Sales Development, supporting our small and medium-sized accounts. My role allows me to interact with customers from various industries, understand their needs, and help them find the right solutions for their projects and challenges.

What I enjoy most about my work is the variety of tasks, the constant interaction with customers, and the opportunity to face new situations every day. No two days are ever the same, which keeps the work both rewarding and motivating. I appreciate being able to contribute directly to our customers’ success while continuously learning and developing new skills.

Working at Portable Winch also allows me to be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued. It is inspiring to work alongside passionate colleagues who are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer experiences.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and making the most of my free time. I regularly play hockey, ride my bike, and enjoy a round of golf whenever I can. I also love traveling, discovering new places and cultures, and most importantly, spending quality time with my friends. These activities help me stay energized, maintain a healthy balance, and bring a positive attitude to everything I do.
