My journey with Portable Winch began in 2003, when I co-founded the company with Pierre Roy and Tim Brown. Since then, I have had the privilege of seeing it grow, evolve, and establish a presence around the world.

Over the years, I have contributed to the company’s development in a variety of areas, including management, sales, marketing, business development, and team building. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the business and, most importantly, allowed me to stay closely connected to the partners and people who drive its success.

Today, as General Manager, my role includes helping define a clear direction for the company, advancing key initiatives, and bringing together the right people around shared goals. I enjoy listening, exchanging ideas and knowledge, fostering meaningful connections, and creating an environment where everyone can contribute to their full potential.

What motivates me most is helping turn ideas into tangible projects, supporting people’s growth, and seeing a team come together to achieve something they can be proud of. I particularly appreciate Portable Winch’s entrepreneurial spirit, our close relationship with customers, and our ability to innovate while remaining an accessible, people-centered company deeply committed to quality.

After all these years, my attachment to Portable Winch is rooted as much in the journey we have taken as in the relationships we have built along the way. I remain proud of our products, but even more proud of the people who imagine them, design them, manufacture them, and bring them to customers around the world.
